Tetra East Harlem is a proudly Black-owned dispensary, founded on the belief that cannabis legalization should be a gateway to justice, not just business.

We are East Harlem’s first legal dispensary, built by and for a community that has endured decades of over-policing and systemic inequity during the War on Drugs.

Our mission is to repair that harm by creating opportunity—through ownership, employment, and empowerment. We prioritize hiring justice-impacted individuals and legacy market operators, and we partner with organizations rooted in Harlem to invest in local talent, youth programs, and the arts.

We also proudly feature cannabis brands owned by women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs, and legacy cultivators—those who paved the way for legalization.
